Leicester

So i packed up and was ready to leave Nottingham, I was glad to leave that area. I found a nice home in Leicester and this time i did my homework about the area first. It wasn't plain sailing though - my new house had been empty a while and when i opened the door to walk in the smell hit me. There was a pungent sewage smell. YUK! I nearly puked! I called the plumber and it was something to do with the wastewater system. They had to call some company that specialises in domestic sewage problems to come out and fix it. I spent a week living in a hotel, i quite liked that, ordering room service every night and having someone to come in and make my bed every day I could of got used to that! Anyway a week later my house was fixed up and i could properly move in. The smell soon went and I was happy then.

I had a removal company move all my furniture ans this time nothing got broken, not one single thing which i was very pleased about.

Leicester was an ok place to live - i wasn't there that long but i did like my house and my job.

The house looked quite quaint - it had natural stone wall cladding. It had ivy growing around the front porch. The garden was huge with 6ft fencing all around, you know i like my fencing, keeps out nosey parkers lol.

Leicester was an OK place to live. There are a lot of good restaurants in and around Leicester. Some of the uk's best curry houses are in Leicester.

The pubs are ok as well if you like going out for a drink.
